Madobi LG Council donated new car to Divisional Police Office

The Council Chairman of Madobi Local Goverment Alhaji Muhammad Lawan Yahya, has donated a brand new Car to the Madobi Divisional Police Office.

Speaking while presenting the key, the Chairman assured his commitment to tackle the menace of insecurity in the area.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of Madobi Local Government, Jamilu Mustapha Yakasai and sent to 'The Historica Nigeria'.

The statement said Alhaji Lawan Yahya then urged people expecially Local Goverment stakeholders to rallyround the effort of Goverment by engaging themselve against the insecurity withing the area.

The Chairman also commended the effort of Governor Ganduje for his foresight in moving the entire state forward.

Earlier speaking the Divisional Police Officer of the area, CSP Nasir Ahmad Abubakar , thanked the Local Government Council for the giant stride effort, and assured them to use the vehicle judiciously to improve the security in the area.

Tinubu holds crucial meeting with Shekarau, as the Senator’s faction takes control of APC machinery in Kano

All Progressive Congress National Leader, Bola Ahmad Tinubu had a closed-door meeting with Senator representing Kano Central, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau in Lagos, on Sunday. The meeting was at the instance of  the Former Lagos State Governor, Bola Tinubu as Ibrahim Shekarau strategically take control of APC machinery in Kano. Reports shows that Tinubu has been worried about the ongoing political crises in Kano State in which the All Progressive Congress (APC’s) leadership was snatched from the Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, due to alleged undemocratic dispositions on his part.
