NNPP Affirms Kwankwaso's Presidential Candidacy As Tinubu Clinches APC Presidential Ticket

Former Kano State Governor, Senator Rabi'u Musa Kwankwaso has on Wednesday emerged as the Presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) at the party’s presidential primary election.
Kwankwaso, in what could be seen as an affirmation of his candidacy, was unanimously elected by 774 party delegates of the party from the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja through voice voting method.
The NNPP is currently holding its Presidential primary election in the Velodrome of the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, same day the ruling APC elected it's National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tinubu as it's Presidential flag bearer.
