Arewa Media Practitioners honours FCAPT Provost, Dr. Gwaram

The Provost of Federal College of Agriculture Produce Technology, Dr. Muhammad Yusha’u Gwaram has outlined some of the blue print of the institution, which is a departure from analog to technology.

The Provost disclosed this while reacting to the award of excellence presented to him by Arewa Media Practitioners in his office in Kano on Tuesday.

Dr. Yusha’u Gwaram said the college will soon start working on tomatoes processing which will take care of the abundant tomatoes in the area, and also provide job opportunities and income to the college.

He said the institution will also provide machine that will process grains harvested in the state and preservations.

The Provost further stated that National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has approved certain courses that will soon take-up in the college which will provide opportunities to teaming youth across Kano state.

Earlier, the leader of the delegations, Comrade Musa Muhammad said the award bestowed on Dr. Yusha’u Gwaram is as a result of his significant achievements and his transformation agenda that brought about rapid changes.
