JUST IN: Prominent Kano Islamic Cleric joins ADC, others

A renown Islamic scholar and Chairman Kano Council of Ulamas, Sheikh Ibrahim Khalil has joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The Party Chairman in Kano Musa Shuaibu Ungoggo, confirmed the development to 'NIGERIAN TRACKER', together with Dr. Saidu Ahmad Dukawa of Bayero University Kano.

The Party Chairman said Sheikh Ibrahim Khalil joined the party with 8 professors in order to rescue Kano from misgovernance, drug abuse and begging.

Musa Shuaibu Ungoggo added that the National Secretariat of ADC will soon organized grand reception to welcome Sheikh Ibrahim Khalil and others to the party.

Tinubu holds crucial meeting with Shekarau, as the Senator’s faction takes control of APC machinery in Kano

All Progressive Congress National Leader, Bola Ahmad Tinubu had a closed-door meeting with Senator representing Kano Central, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau in Lagos, on Sunday. The meeting was at the instance of  the Former Lagos State Governor, Bola Tinubu as Ibrahim Shekarau strategically take control of APC machinery in Kano. Reports shows that Tinubu has been worried about the ongoing political crises in Kano State in which the All Progressive Congress (APC’s) leadership was snatched from the Governor, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, due to alleged undemocratic dispositions on his part.
