Kano: New commandant of NSCDC assume duty

The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps Kano Command, had a new Commandant Adamu Idris Zakari (fsi).

He took over from Commandant Abu Abdu Tambuwal, who has been redeployed to Rivers State Command.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Command Public Relations Officer, DSC Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi.

The statement added that, the Commandant Adamu Idris Zakari was born in Kirikasamma of Jigawa State.

As an experience Civil Defender, he served in different Commands across the country with a number of positions and appointments in the service.

Umar Idris Shuaibu - Kano The Financial Services Regulation Coordinating Committee (FSRCC) has advised members of the public to refrain from dealing with illegal financial operators (IFOs). The committee said this in an advisory posted on the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN’s) website on Monday. FRSCC is an inter-agency body set up to deal with matters of common interest and concern to the various regulatory and supervisory authorities in the financial services industry.
