How ICRC trains and empower disable, Hisbah guards in Kano
Umar Idris Shuaibu - Kano Fifty people with disability benefited from micro economic initiative of International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC). The supervisor of the Project from Economic Security Unit of ICRC in Kano, Musa Peter said the four days training was geared towards training the beneficiaries with different business ideas that will help them to formulate the viable business plan and develop it into reality, and also managing the business opportunity for them to be self reliant. Musa Peter added that ICRC motive is to empower the people with training and finances so as to be productive and be employers of labour.
